Ordering

Important: When ordering from outside the eu, the customer pays for the return, maintenance and warranty service shipping costs.

Orders are made from Karhia’s webshop. You will receive an order confirmation from your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation for any reason, please contact customer service at customerservice@karhia.com

If you are under 18, you must have a guardian’s permission to make an order.

Payment

Payment services provided by Checkout Finland, Paypal or Klarna. Further information about these services and the terms and conditions of service is available www.paypal.com

The payment methods accepted by the Checkout Finland or Paypal service are credit cards, Visa or Mastercard.

Shipping Info

The products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer in the order. After the order has been processed we do not make any changes to the delivery address. Estimated delivery times and charges are indicated above. May the processing of the order be delayed we will inform you of the new estimated delivery time within 3 days of placing the order. Please note that we are unable to affect the delivery times of DHL or Finnish Postal Service.

NOTE! If you are making the purchase of the products from a country outside the European Union, you will only be charged for product price and delivery. The import charges will be on your responsibility. Such import charges may include, but not limited to: import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please contact your local customs service for further information.

DHL Express Shipping

The delivery time is 3 to 10 days.
In Finland, we use Finnish Post and abroad we deliver by DHL.
Soon after pick-up, you will receive either e-mail or text message with DHL tracking code and estimated delivery time. By clicking the link in the message, you can choose the best possible delivery option for you. Delivery can be made to the original delivery address, to DHL Service Point or DHL Parcel Lockers, and you can also change the delivery address within the same country. Your shipment will be delivered climate neutrally with DHL Express GoGreen service. With GoGreen, the logistics-related emissions are offset through various certified climate protection projects around the world.

Important: if you are sending the package back to us see the instructions below: Return and exchange policy. All our products have a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty is granted to both consumers and business customers, excluding leasing and rental services. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by normal use. The warranty does not cover non-durable parts, such as the Stripping Paw or Stripping Belt.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return products in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will provide a refund.
Returned product must be unused.
It takes about 10 to 20 business days for refunding and transferring money.

The buyer is responsible for the loss in value accoring to the Finnish consumer protection legislation. For example, if Karhia Pro coat stripper is used,  for renewing the stripping paws and stripping belt package, we charge 65 € (incl. VAT 24 %) + postage.

If the package or its contents is damaged during transport, please notify the postal service as soon as you receive the package. The postal service will be obliged to compensate for the damage. Then contact our customer service so that we can agree to ship you a new product.

A second quality product has no return rights.

IMPORTANT: When sending package to us from within the EU, you can use any transport service. From outside the EU, only FedEx, DHL, or UPS to avoid problems in customs. If use something else transport from outside the EU we can deduct the customs cost from the refunding amount.
