Warranty service

Karhia and equipment have a 1-year warranty.

You can send your device to us for warranty service if the device was purchased within 1 year and the defect in the device is a structural, mechanical, or material defect. Damages due to falling or other external forces are not covered by the warranty. In these cases, you can send the device to us for normal service.

When sending the device for warranty service, first contact the service of the carriage by e-mail and state that it is a warranty service. Attach a picture of the purchase receipt of the device if it is stored. We will send you instructions on how to send your device to us free of charge.
